The building appears as a "campus" with one central eight-storey unit facing three four storey units linked together and surrounding a central garden. Its soil occupation ratio of 2:1, quite unusual in Paris and the western suburbs, provides space and low density to the whole and, therefore, gives an important added value. The building façade is made of bricks and glass. Carré Vert offers the usual services level requested by today's users of office premises (modularity, central computerized management, cabling, floor ceiling height, low service costs..) as well as a horizontal and vertical divisibility induced by the conception of the accesses (four main entrance halls).
