Wereldhave Belgium appoints new CEO and COO

Wereldhave N.V. announces that the Board of Directors of its subsidiary, Wereldhave Belgium NV/SA, approved the appointment of Nicolas Beaussillon as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Manager of Wereldhave Belgium NV/SA. This appointment, which is still subject to the approval of the Belgian regulatory authority (FSMA), will be effective as from January 1st, 2021.

Nicolas Beaussillon joined Wereldhave Belgium NV/SA more than four years ago as Commercial Director and member of the executive team. He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and more specifically in Shopping Centre’s leasing management and development. Nicolas started his career in London in 2003, before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 where he worked for more than 10 years, ultimately as Partner and Head of the Shopping Centre’s team. Nicolas holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from ICHEC in Brussels.

Additionally, Wereldhave Belgium NV/SA announces the appointment of Ine Beeterens as Chief Operating Officer of Wereldhave Belgium NV/SA. Ine Beeterens will fulfil her new role within Wereldhave Belgium NV/SA as from January 1st, 2021.

Ine Beeterens has been working at Wereldhave Belgium NV/SA for six years, of which the last four years were as Head of Operations and member of the Executive Team. She has over 10 years of experience in retail real estate and is co-founder of the Next Generation of the Belgian and Luxembourg Shopping Center Council. After her engineering studies she achieved a Master in General Management (Vlerick Management School) and a Master in Real Estate (KULeuven).
