Wereldhave N.V. announces an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) to be held on 9 December 2026 at 10:30 CET in the H’ART Museum, Amstel 51, Amsterdam.
The EGM is convened to request the shareholders to appoint Mr. Remco Langewouters as Statutory Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Wereldhave N.V., starting at 9 December 2026 and ending after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2030.
