Press Release: Proposed appointment CFO Wereldhave

The Supervisory Board of Wereldhave is pleased to announce the proposed nomination of Mr. Robert Bolier as CFO and statutory director of Wereldhave N.V. Mr. Bolier currently holds the position of CFO ad interim at Wereldhave since April 10, 2014.

Robert Bolier is a seasoned CFO with extensive international experience in real estate; he was CFO at Atrium European Real Estate from 2009 to 2012. From 1998 until 2006 he worked for Assa Abloy AB as Director Corporate Finance and later as CFO EMEA. More recently he helped private equity firm Warburg Pincus to divest MACH, the market leader in the administration of roaming charges.

The appointment will be for a four-year period, ending at the AGM to be held in 2018. The Wereldhave works council was consulted and has rendered a positive advice in support of Robert Bolier’s nomination. The proposal will be put on the agenda for an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on September 23, 2014 at Wereldhave’s offices at WTC Schiphol Airport, 13.30h CET.
