Riemer Smink appointed as Investment Officer
Corporate update
Wereldhave announces that Riemer Smink has been appointed as the Chief Investment Officer with effect from October 1, 2014. He will be responsible for Wereldhave’s acquisitions and disposals.
Riemer has twelve years of experience in real estate. He started his real estate career at Amstelland and more recently served as director within the European real estate team of Kempen & Co Corporate Finance whereby he advised institutional clients in divestments, acquisitions and restructuring.
The Management Team of Wereldhave now consists of CEO Dirk Anbeek and CFO Robert Bolier, CIO Riemer Smink and MD legal and communications Richard Beentjes.
