Safe and pleasant shopping at Wereldhave centers according to visitors
Recently, visitors at Wereldhave centers in the Netherlands and Belgium were asked for feedback on the measures taken to ensure safe and pleasant shopping within the 1.5 meter guidelines. So far, 1715 visitors have responded to the survey. On average, a CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score of 7/10 was achieved.
Visitors notice and appreciate that shopkeepers and retailers are doing their best to facilitate the Covid guidelines and try to make coming to the centers fun again. Smaller and local shops are especially valued for this.
Top 3 measures that contribute to a positive score:
- Disinfection stations
- Clearly indicated walking lanes
- Additional cleaning
Traffic almost back on track
The number of visitors to the shopping centers is increasing every week. Overall, footfall is almost back to pre-Corona levels. In several centers, traffic is even higher compared to the same period last year.
