Update on equity offering: updated books closing time

Following the announcement on June 24, 2015 by Wereldhave N.V. (“Wereldhave” or “the Company”) regarding the proposed equity offering by way of an accelerated bookbuild offering, the Company would like to inform the market that in response to a strong response from the market, books will close at 10:30 CEST today, June 25, 2015. An announcement regarding pricing of the offering will be made in due course.
