Wereldhave publishes first sustainability report

Schiphol, 23 April 2014

Wereldhave is pleased to announce that today its first CSR report has been posted on the website.

A careful stakeholder analysis and subsequent internal brainstorming sessions have resulted in a CSR framework that is fully aligned with the Company’s strategy and operations. It consists of four pillars that elaborate on Wereldhave’s long-term strategy: Bricks, HR, Partners and Society. Clear and ambitious targets have been set for each pillar of the framework.

The CSR report follows the GRI G4 guidelines and is in accordance with the GRI Construction Real Estate Sector Supplement (CRESS). The report is also aligned with the EPRA best practices

recommendations on Sustainability Reporting.
