Wereldhave updates on the dialogue with The Third Way

Wereldhave updates on the dialogue with a group of private investors that are joined in ‘The Third Way’ (“TTW”) that was held today.
TTW represents a group of private investors, which over the past period, has held a combined share ownership of between 0.1% and 1% of the common shares in Wereldhave N.V.
On 19 February 2020, TTW published a letter to Wereldhave on the IEX.nl platform in which it proposes an alternative strategy (Vision 20 20) to the LifeCentral strategy that was announced by Wereldhave on the 7th of February 2020.
