LOOKING BACK ON A SUCCESSFUL TRADE FAIR
With almost 25,000 property professionals attending, PROVADA is the biggest real estate event in the Netherlands.
For the first time, Wereldhave hosted its own stand at PROVADA. Following our motto ‘bringing people together’, the new Wereldhave stand proved to be a meeting point for colleagues, our retailers and other stakeholders.
To further strengthen relations with retailers, on Wednesday May 31st, Wereldhave Netherlands invited 30 key accounts to attend a ‘Wereldhave Breakfast Seminar’. Before PROVADA even started its day, the Wereldhave stand was already buzzing with activity. Pieter Polman opened the seminar with a presentation reviewing development projects in the Netherlands. Following Pieter’s presentation trend watcher Ruud Veltenaar took the stage and amazed our guests with his vision on changing business models in the future. The seminar was closed by Han Sterk from Only for Men, a Dutch retail concept focusing only on men’s fashion.
Raising the bar, Wereldhave's participation at PROVADA proved to be a success for relation marketing and deal making. During PROVADA a total of 3 agreements were signed with Ahold (Albert Heijn), Blokker and C&A, positively affecting several dozens of leases across the Dutch portfolio.
PROVADA was held from Tuesday may 30th until Thursday June 1st and Wereldhave was located at 'Deltahal', stand number 10-17.
