Shopping Nivelles

The shopping centre was initially built in 1974. It was renovated and expanded to 28,100 m² GLA with 101 units in 2012. There is an easily accessible new underground car parking (686 pp) as well as an open air car parking (706 pp). Parking places for electric cars (free recharge) are also available.

The Nivelles shopping centre was awarded the 'Very Good' BREEAM design certificate in 2011. Examples of certain components of this certificate are: sustainable construction site management, solar panels and energy reducing measures, a healthy indoor lighting plan and water reducing measures.
