Sustainable business report 2014

Wereldhave is pleased to announce the publication of its second Sustainability Report: The Sustainable Business Report 2014.

 This report sets out in detail the progress we made against our twelve sustainability targets. Quantitative targets that range from increasing employee development to strengthening collaboration with tenants to improving customer satisfaction. All in support of our sustainable business strategy: helping our properties to be seen as warm, welcoming places for local society. In 2014 we continued our stakeholder dialogue and reviewed our materiality matrix. New feedback from a wide range of stakeholders helped prioritise our sustainability management agenda, designating three clear and measurable targets for each of our four pillars.

The Sustainable Business Report follows the GRI G4 guidelines and is in accordance with the GRI Construction Real Estate Sector Supplement (CRESS). The report is also aligned with the EPRA best practices recommendations on Sustainability Reporting.
